Most orders process within 2-3 business days.
Back ordered equipment will process and ship once the items has
returned to stock. |

All orders that use a DTV
converter box coupon will be verified with the government before
shipping. Customers will be contacted in the event their coupon
does not validate. Coupons that are not validated may delay your
shipment. |

with non validated cards until we have contacted the customer. |

Saturday delivery is only
available upon request. For Saturday delivery please contact us

Customer has 3 business days
to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving

Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or FEDEX/UPS/USPS shipping holidays. |

partners. We are confident that they will make every effort to
get your package to you as fast as they can. We understand that
from time to time problems occur. If you receive a damaged or
opened package please contact our offices within three business
days. |

DTV Converter Box Returns: |

All returns for orders using a DTV coupon will be for exchange only.
Converter boxes can not be returned for store credit or
cash value. |

For any
returns/exchanges you will need to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number. To get a Return Authorization Number please contact our offices at 800-513-8554. |

All returns must be post marked within 5 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number. Packages not post marked within 5 business days of issue date of the Return Authorization Number may be rejected by the returns department. |

Equipment must not be altered or tampered with in attempts to modify circuitry. |
| |
The box must have the UPC on the box (not have been cut off) and the box not damaged or cut. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. |

All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories, manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. |

Please note customer (purchaser) is responsible for all return
shipping regardless of reason for return. We recommend placing insurance
on return shipments. Satellite Radio Superstore is not responsible for
any lost or stolen return packages. |
